We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Services Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client relationship management, project coordination, and customer success, with a strong focus on maintaining long-term partnerships and driving client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding client goals, business needs, and expectations.
- Oversee the execution and delivery of client projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and service levels are met.
- Collaborate with internal departments including sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Manage client onboarding, regular check-ins, performance reviews, and renewals.
- Handle client escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Track and report on key account metrics, KPIs, and customer feedback.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client services, account management, customer success, or related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g , Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, or MS Teams
