Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients from order placement to payment collection.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely support and effective communication.
- Handle client queries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues promptly or escalate when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
- Gather and document client feedback to improve service quality and client retention.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Support business growth by identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
- Polite, proactive, and confident in client interactions.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively under pressure
