Client/Engagement Manager - ABC Consultants Reports to Executive Director Job Overview The Engagement Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our esteemed clients, key accounts and execution of mandates within the industry vertical in the global market. Key Result Areas A. Client Relationship Management - Establish trusted relationships and partnerships with the clients - Offer advice to both clients and candidates on salaries, talent pool availability and career progression - Responsible for day to day interaction with client/CHRO/HR business partners - Develop a good understanding of clients' company, their industry, work culture and environment - Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies - Conduct role briefing meetings with client and set expectations for recruitment process using sales, business development and marketing techniques - Build a strong network channel in order to attract business and expand the portfolio B. Process Management & Sourcing - Follow agreed client recruitment process for delivery on the mandates - Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to find the best candidate, meeting the clients requirement and/or build talent pool for current and future requirements - Develop candidate pipeline by discovering untapped sources of talent through creative sourcing techniques (i.e. social media, professional referrals, creative advertising, etc.) Create and monitor job postings - Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be working - Receive and review applications, manage interviews, tests and create a shortlist of candidates for the client C. Candidate Relationship Management - Deliver a first-class experience to all candidates/sources directly and brief candidates on the opportunity and client value proposition for professional/technical and management roles. - Manage all candidates effectively throughout the recruitment process - Develop and maintain relationships and seek referrals of other candidates - Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list process - Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback - Promote positive relationships and strong partnerships to protect the candidate experience D. Business Development - Proactive business development - Identify new sectors/sub-sectors that can be explored - Develop and maintain relationships with the client to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities. The Ideal Candidate - 5+ years of industry experience - Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills - Demonstrated ability towards exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients - Ability to manage clients and set expectations in most aspects of the recruitment process. - Develop sourcing strategies, conduct market mapping, and build talent pools and a candidate pipeline for current and future recruitment needs whilst providing specialist insight to clients. - Familiar with applicant tracking systems, updating records and information ensuring system integrity and accuracy of client reporting and analytics. Education/Professional Qualifications - Bachelor's/Master's/Professional Degree
