Job Title: Client Delivery Manager

JD: Are you a dynamic leader with strong sales acumen and expertise in talent acquisition? We're looking for a Recruitment Client Delivery Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for end-to-end recruitment - from sourcing and onboarding to retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, achieving monthly/quarterly targets
- Lead, mentor, and track the performance of a recruitment delivery team
- Ensure effective sourcing via job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
- Validate candidate screening and ensure client-fitment
- Drive offer rollouts, onboarding, and post-joining engagement
- Implement strategies to reduce dropouts and improve retention
- Manage CRM/ATS for delivery and sales tracking
- Share MIS reports on closures, revenue, and performance
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of Inside Sales, Client Acquisition & Team Handling (Recruitment/Staffing preferred)
- Industry background in Automobiles, Insurance, Retail Banking, EdTech, Recruitment, BPO/KPO Sales
- Graduate/MBA (HR/Marketing preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
- Proficiency with CRM / ATS tools
