We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our recruitment services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment industry, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record in sales/business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the recruitment/staffing industry
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, and industry connections
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions
- Negotiate contracts, commercials, and close deals
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates/reports
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Key Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment/staffing firms
- Strong client acquisition and account management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in handling end-to-end sales cycle
- Familiarity with IT/Non-IT hiring (depending on company focus)
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and LinkedIn for lead generation
