Manager - Civil Procurement

Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai

A Large Engineering Company having diverse interests in Engineering and Infrastructure is hiring a Civil Procurement Manager.

Key Skills Required:

- Site enabling works, compound walls, piling, RCC buildings, PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), formwork, fa- ade, interior fit-out, architectural finishes, structural works, waterproofing, flooring, false ceilings, partitions, doors & windows, external area development including landscaping, and related packages.

- Strong understanding of commodity markets such as cement, steel, and other construction materials, including market trends and price movement.

- Expertise in vendor development, techno-commercial evaluation, contract negotiations, cost optimization, and procurement planning.

- Experience in managing RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluations, comparative statements, purchase orders, and contract administration.

Industry Preference: Data Centre - Industrial Construction - Large Infrastructure Projects

Experience and Education: 7-10 years of experience with a BE Civil degree. MBA from a top institute is a big plus.
