Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and establish new channels for product distribution, including retailers, distributors, and online platforms.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, features, and benefits, and provide training and support to other team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that protect the interests of both parties.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop channel-specific marketing campaigns, promotions, and incentives to drive demand and increase brand visibility.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for senior management, providing insights and recommendations to optimize channel performance and maximize revenue.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in channel sales management, preferably in the Investment and Finance industry.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Good Knowledge of all Financial and Investment Products, preferably Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, SIP, Fixed Income, Life Insurance, General Insurance, and PMS
