We're looking for a dynamic and experienced finance professional to join as a Manager - Central FP&A.

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Qualification: CA with 8-10 years of relevant experience

Workweek: 5.5 days (1st & 3rd Saturdays working)

Business Line: Infrastructure / Engineering (Manufacturing Setup)

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning & Consolidation

- Drive the Annual Operating Plan in collaboration with BU finance leadership

- Support audits, board decks, and internal reporting

- Performance Management & Business Insights

- Track KPIs, support variance analysis, and contribute to pricing strategies

- Margin & Cost Governance

- Lead profitability analysis, cost audits, and optimization initiatives

- Working Capital & Compliance

- Ensure timely collections and statutory compliance, including Ind AS/IFRS

- Strategic Projects & M&A Readiness

- Support due diligence, investment analysis, and strategic initiatives

- Digitization & Automation

- Drive automation and simplification of finance processes

- Strong understanding of costing and financial processes

- Proficiency in Ind AS / IFRS

- Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems
