Key Responsibilities:
- Lead category-level forecasting, incorporating regional nuances and conducting monthly performance reviews.
- Drive AOP pipeline tracking, identifying gaps and planning corrective actions.
- Manage trade spend optimization through tracking, variance analysis, and ROI evaluation of promotions and BTL initiatives.
- Oversee trade activations and incentive programs to boost sales and engagement; evaluate responsiveness and ROI of initiatives.
- Develop GTM plans for new launches and focus brands, analysing pilot performance and maintaining NPD and MRP trackers.
- Partner with marketing for shopper marketing execution, including POSM planning, visibility tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct competition benchmarking and leverage external data to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead loyalty and trade programs, driving throughput, insights, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with supply teams to ensure smooth demandsupply planning based on sales trends.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Sales/Marketing with 45 years experience in Trade Marketing or Line Sales.
- Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills with proven commercial acumen and execution excellence.
