Our client is a fast-growing D2C health & wellness brand in the protein category, backed by well-known founders and prominent investors. The brand is focused on building a category-defining presence in the nutrition and protein space through strong consumer-first branding, innovative products, and digital-led growth.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Brand Manager who will own and build the brand across campaigns, influencers, content, packaging, and digital channels. This role requires someone who understands modern consumer brands and can drive visibility, engagement, and brand love across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute brand strategy and positioning for the protein category

- Plan and manage brand campaigns across digital and offline channels

- Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and agencies to drive brand awareness

- Oversee packaging, brand communication, and visual identity to ensure consistency

- Work closely with growth, product, and performance marketing teams

- Track campaign performance and optimize based on consumer insights and data

Requirements:

- 3 to 6 years of experience in brand marketing / brand management

- Experience with D2C, FMCG, nutrition, or consumer brands preferred

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and content-led growth

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners

- Prior experience in high-growth startup environments is a plus
