Description:

We are hiring an experienced Finance & Accounting professional to join a global captive and insurance management organization that supports multiple international business divisions across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a large team delivering middle-office services across Accounting, Treasury, Risk & Compliance.

- Oversee and review management accounts, financial statements, tax returns, and solvency calculations under UK/US GAAP, IFRS, and SORPs.

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial, regulatory, and board reporting.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across global offices.

- Drive process excellence, standardization, and automation to enhance efficiency.

- Support team development and performance through coaching and strategic leadership.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and successful process transitions.

Requirements:

- CA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong exposure to accounting and financial reporting, preferably within Insurance, Reinsurance, or BPM domains.

- Sound knowledge of international accounting and compliance frameworks.

- Proven experience managing large teams within a global matrix environment.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
