Manager - Capital Markets - CA

Role Responsibilities:

- Review and oversee capital market deliverables.

- Analyse and consolidate capital market reports, including IPOs, InvITs, QIPs, and Bonds.

- Conduct capital markets-related webinars and training sessions across various locations.

- Provide technical consultation on matters arising from IPO, InvIT, QIP, and Bond transactions.

- Coordinate and communicate with the Partner and Director groups.

- Liaise with bankers and legal advisors regarding ongoing transactions.

- Develop presentations outlining quality parameters for various transactions.

- Prepare the annual plan for capital market activities and track progress regularly.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and coordinate across multiple departments.

- Review financial statements included in offering and transaction documents.

Qualification Criteria:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.

- 7 to 11 years of audit experience in large public accounting firms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical and computational abilities with high attention to detail.
