
Role Purpose:
To strengthen organizational capability through structured learning and development initiatives, employee engagement programs, culture-building interventions, and effective internal communications. The role is responsible for driving capability development, employer branding, employee experience, and communication effectiveness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development:
- Drive annual Training Need Identification (TNI) across functions.
- Develop and execute the Annual Learning Calendar.
- Manage technical, functional, behavioural and leadership training programs.
- Coordinate internal and external training partners.
- Track training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
- Maintain LMS, training records and learning dashboards.
- Ensure statutory and mandatory training compliance.
- Orientation & Induction: Plan and facilitate employee onboarding programs to ensure effective integration of new hires into the organization and familiarize them with organizational policies, culture, processes, and workplace expectations.
Corporate Communications:
- Manage internal communication framework across locations.
- Develop leadership messages, policy communications and organization announcements.
- Drive communication campaigns supporting business priorities and change initiatives.
- Maintain communication calendar and governance standards.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across the organization.
Employer Branding:
- Support employer branding initiatives across digital and campus platforms.
- Develop employee stories, culture campaigns and branding content.
- Partner with Talent Management team on recruitment branding initiatives.
Competency Mapping & Capability Building:
- Support development and maintenance of competency frameworks.
- Identify capability gaps and recommend learning interventions.
- Support capability-building initiatives across functions.
Education & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related discipline with 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Internal Communications or Organizational Capability Building.
