Manager - Campus Recruitment - Education/Training

Job Description:

- Develop and execute the annual campus hiring strategy aligned with business workforce requirements.

- Build and maintain relationships with leading colleges, universities, institutes, and student communities.

- Identify and prioritize target campuses based on talent quality, business requirements, and hiring outcomes.

- Drive campus recruitment calendars, hiring targets, budgets, and timelines.

- Own the complete campus hiring lifecycle, including demand planning, campus engagement, sourcing, assessments, interviews, selection, offer management, and onboarding.

- Lead recruitment drives across engineering, management, commerce, and other relevant disciplines.

- Partner closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and functional teams to understand talent requirements.

- Work with senior leadership to communicate campus hiring plans, progress, challenges, and outcomes.

- Develop initiatives to strengthen the organization's employer brand among students and early-career professionals.

- Lead campus engagement activities such as pre-placement talks, competitions, hackathons, webinars, case studies, and student engagement programs.
