
Manager - Strategy & Projects
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Strategy & Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that support strategic growth and operational excellence. The role focuses on aligning business objectives with effective project execution while working closely with commercial and functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects across the product lifecycle, from development to launch.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions such as marketing, medical, finance, regulatory, and quality.
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to local and global regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in project management or strategy within the healthcare or pharma sector.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, project execution, and financial oversight.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Office, Excel).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
