The role is to support the Sales team to demonstrate the product capabilities and support them for the demonstration/ trainings / POC demonstrations/ Value added sales of the PP & IP products & solutions.

Key Responsibilities (Detailed outline of the role holder)

- The person should have an understanding on the basic to advance concepts of Printing in various formats in Commercial, Labels & Packaging. Exposure the Digital Production & Offset Printing with VDP applications would be an added advantage. The basic expectations from the job

- Identify opportunities for page volume growth through training, application identification

- Manage the Demo Facilities in the region

- Evaluate scenarios for new solutions and analyze technical requirements of customers for consistent improvement and implementation

- Validate applicability of solutions for customers based upon technical and business requirements and set proper expectations for customers and Pre-sales & Sales team representative.

- Provide application and product demo support to the sales team with team support with best practices of industry

- Experience in the pre press of Offset, Flexo & Packaging

- Provide the POC to the customers & team for the proposed solution and its applicability

- Manage the solution/application development phase of the sales cycle ensuring optimization of all solutions/applications including positioning quality and finishing options provided through the company

- Provide Trainings on various products & Solutions to the Pre-sales/sales team & customers

- Support the DC/IDC team by assisting with Partner Roadshows as well as visit them regularly to understand the market scenario /customer pain points/ special requests to drive the solution approach

- Support lead program and ensure best quality leads got capture by giving all insight of business needs to the teams

- Progress planning for team members on different areas of interest which give value to the business in future needs

- Inlign with Product & marcom teams for strategy planning and value adds to the projects
