About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Manager Business Intelligence to lead data analytics, reporting, and BI initiatives for our IT Services business.

The ideal candidate will drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights, build scalable reporting frameworks, and manage BI solutions that improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and business performance.

This role requires strong expertise in BI tools, data warehousing, stakeholder management, and team leadership within IT services or consulting environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the Business Intelligence roadmap aligned with organizational goals.

- Develop data strategies to support operational efficiency, revenue growth, and service excellence.

- Identify business opportunities, trends, and risks through advanced analytics and reporting.

- Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and automated reports.

- Deliver business insights on KPIs including revenue, utilization, project margins, customer satisfaction, and delivery metrics.

- Standardize reporting processes across departments and business units.

- Oversee data collection, validation, transformation, and governance processes.

- Work with engineering teams to design and maintain scalable data pipelines and data warehouses.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across reporting systems.

- Analyze financial, operational, and customer data to support strategic planning.

- Track and optimize KPIs such as:

- Resource utilization

- Revenue realization

- Attrition

- SLA adherence

- Project profitability

- Forecasting accuracy

Stakeholder Management:

- Partner with leadership teams including Sales, Delivery, Finance, HR, and Operations.

- Translate business requirements into BI solutions and reporting frameworks.

- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Lead and mentor BI analysts, data analysts, and reporting teams.

- Establish best practices in analytics, visualization, and reporting automation.

- Drive continuous improvement in BI processes and governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

- 8-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting.

- 3+ years in team management or leadership roles.

- Prior experience in IT Services, Consulting, SaaS, or Technology organizations preferred
