Manager - Business Intelligence

About the Role

- We are hiring for a high-impact, hands-on Business Intelligence role that works closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders to drive data-backed decision-making.

- This role focuses on building scalable dashboards, automating reporting systems, and generating actionable insights to support strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Dashboarding & Reporting:

- Design, develop, and manage Power BI dashboards and reporting frameworks for business stakeholders

Data Analysis & Automation:

- Leverage Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and reporting automation

Business Insights:

- Translate complex data into actionable insights to support business decision-making

Leadership Reporting:

- Create presentation-ready outputs, CXO dashboards, and performance reports

Distribution & Performance Reporting:

- Manage distribution reporting across functions and roles to enable performance tracking and strategic priorities

Data Infrastructure & Integration:

- Collaborate with data and technology teams to build robust data pipelines, infrastructure, and reporting assets

Automation & Efficiency:

- Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and enhance data delivery capabilities

Data Democratization:

- Drive a culture of self-serve analytics by designing scalable data assets and tools

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Partner with business, tech, and distribution teams to improve data visibility and usage

Team Leadership:

- Develop, coach, and mentor team members to build a high-performing BI team

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics

- Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, Python, and SQL (mandatory)

- Proven experience in dashboarding, reporting automation, and insights generation

- Experience in business-facing analytics, sales/distribution reporting preferred

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to present insights to senior leadership / CXO level

- Experience in building or working with data infrastructure and reporting systems

- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor teams
