Description:
To support CEO in high-level administrative support, drive cross-functional project management, and enable strategic decision- making through effective coordination, communication, and operational excellence.
The role reports directly to the CEO.
Facilitate & Support CEO for management control and Review:
- Facilitate and implement management control, & review as per agreed schedule
- Support in the Strat Plan and AOP review and half year review
- Ensure regular review of all operational matters and projects that are being implemented
- Ensure data availability and accuracy for CEO review
- Ensure monitoring and follow up on the actions points as per agreed time lines by the departments
- Follow up and support the implementation of all the key strategic and business initiatives, mainly monitoring from CEO office
Update on issues:
- Constant sector inputs highlighting the key issues, opportunities and challenges by sending on going mails on developments, issues etc.
- External stakeholders, peers info, policies impacting business
- Timely and proactive update to CEO
Special Projects and Other Business/Functions Support:
- Alert CEO on critical / urgent / sensitive / confidential issues
- On and off support for corporate functions and other businesses
- Provides support for CEO in approving PO/NFAs etc as per business requirement.
CEOs External and Internal Communication Support:
- Drafting and reviewing internal messages (emails, memos, announcements) to ensure clarity, tone, and alignment with leadership intent.
- Coordinate with department heads to gather updates, prepare talking points, and cascade key decisions.
- Preparing briefing documents for internal reviews, performance updates, and strategic discussions.
- Coordinate and manage communication with external stakeholders including investors, government officials, partners, and media representatives.
