About the Role

A leading diversified infrastructure conglomerate is seeking a seasoned finance professional to join the Group CFOs office as Manager - Business Integration (Digital & Projects). This is a high-impact role offering direct visibility to top management, focusing on finance integration, automation, digital initiatives, and strategic projects at the group level.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive finance automation, digital transformation, and process harmonization across business units.

- Coordinate with CFOs, CXOs, and external advisors for strategic finance initiatives.

- Lead preparation and review of MIS, financial reports, and presentations for senior leadership.

- Support in policy advocacy, investor relations, and compliance frameworks.

- Provide analytical insights to strengthen finance decision-making and operational readiness.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to enable finance excellence and digital adoption.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) from a premier institute.

- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in finance, strategy, and technology-driven financial transformation.

- Strong expertise in financial systems (SAP/Oracle), analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik), MIS, and compliance regulations.

- Exposure to automation, RPA, AI/ML, blockchain, or advanced digital finance tools will be an added advantage.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with senior leadership, investors, and advisors.
