Responsible for managing finance function for overseas operations -   Good understanding of IFRS/US/UK GAAP and International auditing standards.   Good understanding of Indian accounting and auditing standards  2. Assist in the Preparation of the Long Term Strategic Business Plan  3. Perform ongoing strategy evaluation and analysis  4. Drive financial planning & performance management  5. Develop scenario plans to address performance uncertainties  Candidate Background:  1. Chartered Accountant having more than 8+years of post qualification experience and currently working in Consumer Goods/Manufacturing industry in similar roles heading Business Finance / Management Accounting  2. Should have worked in a SAP environment and have hands-on experience of working on finance module  3. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills  Compensation is limited to range: Rs.21-25 lakhs per annum all inclusive
