Manager - Business Finance - IT

Roles and Responsibilities:.

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for the business unit.

- Track, analyze, and report key financial metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and operations teams on pricing, profitability, and ROI analysis.

- Drive cost optimization initiatives and monitor business efficiency.

- Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reviews with variance analysis and actionable insights.

- Support strategic initiatives, including expansion, partnerships, and large deal structuring.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements.

Role Requirements:.

- CA / MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.

- 5-8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in IT/Tech services.

- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in MIS reporting, financial modeling, and forecasting.

- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial systems (e. , SAP, Oracle, Netsuite).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
