Manager - Business Finance - FMCG - CA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning

2. Drive monthly MIS reporting, variance analysis, and performance reviews

3. Conduct profitability analysis across channels, products, and business segments

4. Partner with cross-functional teams to support commercial decision-making and pricing strategy

5. Monitor key financial and operational metrics, identifying risks and improvement opportunities

6. Strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, and compliance adherence

7. Optimize cost structures and improve working capital efficiency

8. Support strategic initiatives, investments, and business expansion projects through financial modeling and scenario analysis

9. Drive process improvements and automation within finance and business operations
