Role & responsibilities:

- Partnering Business Teams in Driving Business Objectives: Revenue Growth, Revenue Assurance, Margin Optimization, Margin expansion levers.

- Driving Periodic Planning, forecasting exercise including variance analysis

- Reviewing commercials for new pursuits to ensure that they comply with Company's margin guidelines and they capture comprehensive cost.

- Analytics: BU level Costs, Cost Benefit Analysis, What if analysis, Trend Analysis

- Support to Leadership Team in Business and Commercial Matters

Business Finance Activities (Detailed):

- Assessing and creating or developing business cases and investment proposals for divisional and corporate projects

- Design and Operate Planning Models: Annual Operating Plan, Rolling Forecast, Actual Financials.

- Drive Business to achieve Annual Financial Targets, Partner them to be more effective and efficient.

- Understand Business Models, Processes and Design and Operate Cost structures to understand Department Costs in detail, Identify Cost variables, Initiate and drive with business cost control initiatives.

- Analyzing new investment and preparing Cost Benefit Analysis, Return on Investment Reviews, Pay Back Period Analysis etc.

- New Business Review: Review and analyze new business commercials, Cost Models, suggest right Commercial model for Clients, Build and Recommend Loaded Rate Cards, Ensure comprehensive of cost coverage in Customer Pricing, Drive Margin exception process. Etc.

- Management Reviews: Prepare presentations for financial results for Board, Audit Committee, Senior Management and Business Heads.

- Producing ad-hoc analysis, research, financial reporting, and progress reports to senior management

- Partnering Business in new Growth Markets with Identification of Total Addressable Market, market Research, Competition Landscape, Competition Financial Analysis, Margin Profile etc.

- Maintaining abreast of the changing business landscape in order to identify opportunities to drive both organic and inorganic growth

Preferred candidate profile:

- CA with 5 to 6 years of experience or MBA (must be from a premier institute) -10 years of Experience in the IT Product or IT Service based industry

- Experience in Accounting for India GAAP

- Forward Thinker with problem solving skills, Team Player and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Excellent report writing and Communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, other Financial Planning software

- Strong communication abilities across teams

- Proficient in MS Power Point, and other presentation tools.
