Manager - Business Finance - CA

Manager Business Finance: (Only CA 1st attempt)

- Ensure proper policies, procedures, processes and internal controls are put in place and proper governance is practiced and upheld.

- Overseeing regular reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and overseeing the coordination of stat audit.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and strategic objectives.

- Tracking various Retail specific metrics to provide insights and to prevent potential risks by exercising control.

- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and adhoc reports, tools, dashboards and recommendation of actions for optimization of costs.

- Work closely with business team, as a business partner from finance function, report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.

- Provide deep dive analysis and create financial models for decision making. Drive revenue initiatives with direct impact to the financial performance.

- Effective Management of working capital and provide insights around health of inventory through aging reports.

Requirement:

- 3-4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and control.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proficiency in Excel and Google sheets

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
