Manager - Business Finance

Business Finance Manager Bengaluru

We are hiring for our client a Business Finance professional with 16 to 18 years of experience to lead financial planning, commercial analysis, pricing, and business partnering across revenue streams. This is a high-impact role, responsible for strengthening financial operations, improving profitability, and enabling strategic decision-making in a global technology environment.

The person reports to the CFO of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own P&L across core revenue streams and provide insights on pricing, client profitability, and new initiatives.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; develop financial models for revenue, margins, and costs.

- Deliver actionable reporting, dashboards, and business reviews for leadership.

- Drive cost optimization, resource planning, and process improvements in FP&A systems.

- Ensure compliance with statutory norms and internal governance standards.

- Operate as an individual contributor, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams while enabling digital transformation of finance processes.

Desired Profile:

- 16 to 18 years experience in business finance / FP&A, ideally in product/IP-led or engineering services organizations.

- MBA (Finance), CA, or CFA preferred.

- Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, EPM/ERP tools, and compliance frameworks.

- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional partnering skills.
