Manager - Business Development - Wire Harness/Manufacturing

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with 12+ years of experience, preferably from the wire harness or manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, lead generation, strategic negotiations, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new business opportunities.

- Generate and convert high-quality leads.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Lead commercial negotiations and close deals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

- MBA or relevant qualification in Business/Management.

- 12+ years of business development experience.

- Strong expertise in client acquisition, lead generation, negotiation, and relationship management.

- Experience in the wire harness or manufacturing industry is preferred.

Work Details:

- Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM

- Work Mode: Onsite (Hyderabad)
