Job Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of Rhenocolls water-based coatings, adhesives, and specialty products across the Indian market.
- This role requires strong technical understanding of coatings and close coordination with Rhenocoll Germany to introduce innovative solutions and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to establish Rhenocoll products in India.
- Identify target customers and build long-term business relationships.
- Manage key accounts, resolve client issues, and deliver solutions.
- Study competitors, market trends, and create plans to increase brand visibility.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the internal team.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Support the Director in operational coordination, implementing new strategies, and business improvements.
- Monitor inventory, manage MIS, submit expense reports, and maintain sales documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters in Paint Technology / B.Sc. Paint Technology.
- 6-8 years of experience in technical sales, coatings, or adhesives.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of spraying applications and ability to coordinate with international teams.\
