Business Development Manager 100% Remote

Position Overview:

- 5+ years of experience in Business Development.

- Recent minimum 2 years of experience in the US staffing industry.

- Responsible for client outreach, lead generation, securing meetings, and building new client relationships.

- Support sales pipeline management and coordinate with internal teams.

- Conduct outreach through phone, email, and social media.

- Maintain accurate records and update CRM/internal systems.

- Good VMS/MSP experience.

- Comfortable with cold calling and connecting with new prospects.

- Good understanding of the staffing and consulting business.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
