Description:
Position: Business Development Manager - US Staffing.
Experience Required: 1-4 years (must be working with Tier-1 Vendors only).
Location: Noida, Sector 63 (Work from Office only).
Industry: US Staffing Tier-1 Vendors (excluding direct clients and implementation partners).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, build, and manage new business opportunities through Tier-1 vendor networks.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key Tier-1 vendor partners.
- Drive consistent lead generation, cold calling, and follow-up strategies to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure alignment of business development and hiring efforts.
- Contribute to overall company growth with a strong business-oriented mindset.
- Utilize your existing contacts and connections to identify potential business leads.
What Were Looking For:
- Prior experience in the US Staffing industry is mandatory.
- Proven success in working with Tier-1 Vendors (not end clients or implementation partners).
- A strong network and existing relationships within the Tier-1 vendor ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales and business targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a target-driven and team-oriented approach.
- Must have your own client/vendor database.
