Job Summary : We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients and generating business in the field of US IT services. With a deep understanding of the US staffing business processes and strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and implementing partners, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Responsibilities : - Identify and target potential clients in the US IT services sector, including direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementing partners, to generate new business leads and opportunities. - Acquire and close contract staffing requirements from direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementing partners. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships. - Collaborate with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements by providing accurate job specifications and managing client expectations. - Understand the complete life cycle of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and placement. - Conduct cold calling and networking activities to find leads and expand the enterprise client pipeline in target markets. - Lead and motivate a small team of recruiters, providing guidance and mentorship. - Develop new corporate alliances and nurture existing client relationships for long-term partnerships. - Meet and exceed revenue targets by effectively managing the sales process and delivering on business generation goals. - Stay updated with industry trends and market developments in the US IT services sector to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Requirements : - Bachelor's/Masters's degree in a relevant field. - 8-14 years of experience in business development and new client acquisition, preferably in US staffing. - Proven track record of acquiring direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementing partners in the US IT services industry. - Deep understanding of the US staffing business processes and experience working with various stakeholders. - Strong network and relationships with clients in the US IT services sector. - Expertise in recruiting citizens, EADs, green card holders, and H1B consultants. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships. - Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive revenue growth. - Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a small team of recruiters. - Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Working experience in the US market is highly desirable.
