We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager from the US staffing industry who can hit the ground running.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in client acquisition, account management, and a strong network of active clients in the US market.

Location: Perumbakkam Chennai / Madhapur Hyderabad.

Experience: 10+ Years.

Industry: US IT Staffing.

Job Type: Full-time.

Responsibilities:

- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with direct clients and MSPs.

- Leverage existing relationships to bring in new staffing opportunities.

- Develop long-term strategic partnerships with clients and ensure consistent business growth.

- Coordinate with internal recruiting teams to fulfill client requirements.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs with clients.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in US staffing sales/business development.

- Must have active clients or the ability to immediately generate business through existing

relationships.

- Deep understanding of US recruitment life cycle and industry trends.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
