We operate India's leading Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS) platform, an RBI-authorized institutional mechanism designed to empower MSMEs. Our digital platform facilitates seamless financing of trade receivables from corporates, government departments, and PSUs through multiple financiers-unlocking liquidity, fostering growth, and strengthening the MSME ecosystem.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to drive corporate onboarding, nurture relationships, and ensure smooth platform operations. In this target-driven role, you'll play a pivotal part in expanding our corporate buyer network, handholding clients, and delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences on our TReDS platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new corporates and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing ones to drive platform adoption.

- Provide dedicated handholding and support to both new and existing corporate clients for seamless onboarding and usage.

- Facilitate vendor registrations and manage end-to-end transactions on the digital TReDS platform, collaborating closely with support teams.

- Engage proactively with stakeholders (corporates, vendors, financiers) to generate high-quality leads and expand the ecosystem.

- Resolve operational issues, complaints, and queries from vendors and corporates efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.

- Thrive in a high-performance, target-based environment, consistently meeting acquisition and engagement goals.

Qualifications & Skills

- Proven track record in merchant, corporate onboarding, lead generation, client acquisition, and handling operational escalations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives and MSME stakeholders.

- Tech-savvy with proficiency in digital platforms; familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented setup with a results-driven mindset.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
