As a Business Development Manager for Staffing, your primary role would be to drive the growth of the staffing business by identifying and developing new business opportunities while also nurturing existing client relationships. Your responsibilities may include:
1. Market Research: Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, understanding their staffing needs, and assessing the competition.
2. Lead Generation: Proactively reaching out to potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, email marketing, networking events, and leveraging social media.
3. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their ongoing requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction with the staffing services provided.
4. Proposal and Presentation: Creating compelling proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients and delivering engaging presentations to showcase your staffing agency's capabilities and value proposition.
5. Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiating terms and conditions with clients, finalizing staffing agreements, and ensuring legal compliance with all contracts and agreements.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams, such as recruiters and HR professionals, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
7. Revenue Growth: Setting ambitious revenue targets and developing strategies to achieve them. This may involve exploring new verticals or expanding services to existing clients.
8. Sales Pipeline Management: Keeping track of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
9. Market Expansion: Identifying opportunities to expand your staffing agency's presence into new geographical locations or industries.
10. Industry Networking: Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay updated on industry trends, showcase your staffing agency, and network with potential clients.
11. Performance Analysis: Analyzing key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
12. Continuous Learning: Keeping yourself updated with the latest trends and best practices in staffing and recruitment to maintain a competitive edge.
13. Proven track record of successful business development in professional IT Staffing/Staff Augmentation /BFSI/GCC /organizations
14. Experience in Professional Staffing Sales, Workforce Solutions, Staff Augmentation, OR HTT Identifying and hunting clients.
15. Key Function: Adding new logos.
