
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and goal-driven Business Development Manager to drive domestic staffing business growth.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment services, excellent networking abilities, and a proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management within the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and procurement heads of client organizations.
- Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and service-level agreements.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand the business network.
- Meet revenue targets and generate new leads through cold calls, referrals, and social platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).
- 4-8 years of business development experience in staffing/recruitment (India market).
- Strong understanding of permanent/contract hiring models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of RPO/MSP models is a plus.
- Target-driven mindset with a strong business acumen.
