Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with proven experience in staffing, RPO, and recruitment consulting. The role will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding recruitment accounts, and driving revenue growth through end-to-end talent acquisition solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new clients for IT staffing, RPO, permanent hiring, and contract staffing services

- Build and manage strong relationships with HR Heads, TA Leaders, and business stakeholders

- Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events

- Understand client hiring requirements and propose customized staffing/RPO solutions

- Prepare proposals, rate cards, commercials, SLAs, and MSAs

- Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company revenue goals

- Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account success

- Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling recruitment services

- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs using CRM tools

- Stay updated on hiring trends, market rates, and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or a related field

- 4+ years of business development experience in a staffing firm / RPO provider / recruitment consultancy

- Strong understanding of IT recruitment lifecycle and staffing models

- Proven track record in new client acquisition and deal closures

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment

- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA / PGDM in HR, Marketing, or Business Management

- Existing network of corporate HRs and TA decision-makers

- Experience selling contract staffing, permanent staffing, and RPO solutions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- New client acquisition and revenue generation

- Lead-to-closure conversion ratio

- Client retention and account expansion
