Job Summary: To ensure sustainable business growth for "Solar Water Pump" division business by managing business development, channel development, cultivating key strategic relationships & meeting stakeholders' expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with stakeholders to discuss strategy
- Manage proposal response process based on the Tender condition
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies - Develop and implement sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
- Receivable management
CRITICAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Technical understanding about Solar Water Pump technology and EPC process
- Commercial acumen
- Client Relationship Management
- Self- driven, independently functioning
- Experience in using Advanced Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word.
