Urgent Opening for the role of Business Development Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in KSA and Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar project development or solar equipment sales, excellent client management skills, and a strategic mindset to drive growth in the renewable energy sector. This role involves end-to-end business developmentfrom lead generation to deal closurewhile collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the solar (C&I or utility-scale) segment across KSA.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including commercial clients, consultants, EPCs, and government bodies.
- Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor and respond to RFPs/tenders from both public and private sectors.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
- Maintain and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with technical, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment on project delivery and client expectations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in solar project sales, EPC, or solar equipment business development.
- Proven track record of closing deals and managing client relationships independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
- Willingness to travel across KSA as needed.
