Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager / Head LCL & FCL Shipping to drive growth in freight forwarding and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, negotiation skills, and proven experience in developing new business opportunities across sea and air freight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business development for LCL/FCL shipping and freight forwarding.

- Manage pricing, negotiation, and sales strategies to maximize profitability.

- Build and maintain relationships with shipping lines, transporters, and warehouses.

- Drive new business development across sea freight, air exports/imports, and cargo planning.

- Oversee logistics operations, supply chain management, and export/import compliance.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth custom clearance and freight operations.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in shipping, cargo, and freight forwarding (LCL/FCL, sea & air).

- Strong knowledge of international freight operations, custom clearance, and NVOCC.

- Excellent sales, negotiation, and pricing skills.

- Ability to manage logistics operations, warehouse coordination, and supply chain planning.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
