Purpose of the Job:
The Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall sales strategy for Enterprise & Govt customers. Leading and driving the achievement of the sales plan, increasing market share, and building brand are critical to the role holder.
Educational Qualification / Experience required:
- Graduate degree in Engineering, additionally Master's in Business Studies in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience of 10+ years in Enterprise / SI / Govt.
- Should have knowledge and experience of Storage / AI Solutions / Networking / Infrastructure / VC / etc.
- Should have experience/knowledge of working with large International companies' suppliers & Buyers.
- Should have experience in managing the Sales & Pre-Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for devising and developing long-term and short-term sales plans and strategies in alignment with business strategy.
- Manage end-to-end from Enquiry to Order execution and sound commercial understanding.
- Responsible for the establishment of sales objectives in alignment with the business plan.
- Planning / Budgeting/ Negotiation.
- Reasonable Tech understanding.
- Knowledge of Enterprise & Govt Customers.
- Displaying business acumen.
- Building strategic partnerships.
- Global perspective.
- Responsible for planning Enterprise sales activities in coordination with other functions and stakeholders within the company.
- Collaborate with the team and identify target market shares for the verticals, based on market analysis, sales budget, and the company's vision for growth.
- Based on market intelligence, devise strategies to identify product groups/segments having more potential.
- Collate market information on competitor products, market share, market value, and other activities.
- Identify new markets/industries/areas for extending reach and penetration.
- Bid submission and Techno Commercial negotiation.
- Stay up-to-date with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and determine new opportunities, new applications, product variation, etc.
- Oversee the successful launch and introduction of new Solutions.
- Ensure a long-term view and factor in contingencies in planning.
- Track, monitor, and ensure accounts receivable (AR), as per schedule.
- Review inventory levels at warehouses and ensure the optimum level is maintained.
