The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented professional responsible for leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners, driving new business opportunities and expansion for the company.


This individual will possess a strong focus, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to think critically in developing and executing successful business development strategies.


Responsibilities:


- Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities to drive business growth.


- Develop and cultivate new relationships with potential partners to expand the company's reach and market presence.


- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing business success and identify new avenues for growth.


- Engage in critical thinking and strategic planning to develop comprehensive approaches that ensure project success.


- Execute approved business development strategies effectively, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.


- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with overall company objectives.


- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


- Track, analyze, and report on partnership activities and results.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.


- 3-4 years of prior industry-related business development experience with a proven track record of success.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with partners.


- Demonstrated knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.


- Highly focused and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.


- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
