Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in selling IT SaaS products and IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for solution selling.


Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities for IT SaaS products and IT services

- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, events, and referrals.

- Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person), understand business pain points, and propose suitable solutions

- Create, manage, and present proposals, pitches, and contracts to prospective clients

- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to build customized offerings

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned monthly/quarterly revenue targets

- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement and upsell/cross-sell opportunities

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.


Required Skills :

- 3-5 years of proven experience in IT SaaS sales / IT services business development

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Strong understanding of software solution sales, CRM, and B2B sales cycle

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, etc.


Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
