
Role Overview
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and driven Business Development Manager to lead and scale sales efforts with Financial Institutions.
The ideal candidate brings strong domain credibility with Banks, NBFCs, and Private Credit platforms
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Own and drive business development strategy for Financial Institutions (Banks, NBFCs, Private Credit funds, AIFs).
- Lead enterprise SaaS sales cycles including discovery, solutioning, commercial negotiation, and closure.
2. Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture senior stakeholder relationships (CXOs, Credit Heads, Risk Heads, Operations Heads).
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with product, implementation, and leadership teams to align market feedback with product roadmap.
4. Market Intelligence & Sales Enablement: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new FI segments and use cases.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- MBA in Marketing / Finance or relevant certifications preferred
Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise SaaS sales, fintech sales, or financial services business development.
- Proven experience selling to Financial Institutions (Banks, NBFCs, AIFs, Private Credit platforms).
- Strong understanding of credit, lending, risk, or financial operations workflows.
