Role: Business Development Manager (Only SaaS & Software Sales candidates apply).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue & market share.
- Build & nurture strong relationships with stakeholders & decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Product teams for aligned growth.
- Conduct product demos & presentations to showcase value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing & SLAs with support from legal & finance teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends & competitor activities.
- Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven B2B sales / business development / account management experience (Fintech or SaaS preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup.
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), MS Office, and business tools.
- Open to travel for client meetings & industry events.
