
We are seeking a high-impact, experienced, and growth-driven Business Development Leader to spearhead B2B client acquisition for our SaaS and Enterprise Solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital commerce, partnerships, and enterprise buying behavior. This role is a key driver of our growth, focusing on acquiring, growing, and retaining mid-to-large enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Client Acquisition: Own and drive the strategy and execution to acquire new clients, grow revenues, and increase profitability within the SaaS, Enterprise Solutions, and Outcome-as-a-Service (OaaS) domains.
Go-to-Market Leadership: Shape the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new-age commerce solutions, leveraging a hybrid model that spans SaaS, services, platforms, and partnerships.
Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with mid-to-large enterprise clients across various sectors, ensuring long-term client retention and satisfaction.
Market Expertise: Leverage deep domain knowledge of digital commerce and subscription-based technology products to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client journey from acquisition to successful solution delivery.
Experience and Skills
Experience:
- A total of 10-15 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales and business development.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven sales and client acquisition experience in the e-commerce SaaS product space is mandatory.
Professional Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying behavior and a consultative sales approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Education: A Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
