Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth in our SaaS-based DMS & SFA product line. The role focuses on hunting new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and positioning Botree as the leading SaaS retail execution provider.
Key Responsibilities
- New Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and close new business opportunities for SaaS solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Own and manage the complete sales cycle-from prospecting to closure.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and offer tailored SaaS solutions to meet their needs.
- Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Enterprise Engagement: Build strong relationships with C-level decision-makers to drive large deals.
- Cross-Selling: Leverage existing accounts for upselling and expansion opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales (Enterprise or Mid-Market), preferably in DMS/SFA or related IT products.
- Proven track record of hunting new business and closing deals in a SaaS environment.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS GTM strategies, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred but not mandatory.
