Office Timing: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (3rd , 4th Saturday Off)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling permanent recruitment services. The ideal candidate will have strong client acquisition skills, understand recruitment industry dynamics, and possess the ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients across various industries to sell permanent staffing solutions.

- Lead Generation: Actively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Sales Pitching: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

- Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.

- Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Market Research: Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on industry trends.

- Coordination: Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client requirements are understood and fulfilled.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the permanent recruitment/staffing industry.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, client hiring needs, and market mapping.

- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and a team player.

- Bachelors / Master's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
