Position: Business Development Manager (RPO)

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

About The Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Virtual Assistant (VA) services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international business development, particularly in the US market, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement effective strategies to generate qualified business leads for RPO and VA services.

- Utilize your existing contacts and connections to identify potential business leads.

- Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with potential clients, primarily in international markets (with a focus on the US).

- Manage all stages of the client engagement process, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality service delivery.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and actively contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, preferably within RPO services.

- Must have your own client/vendor database.

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

- Willingness to work in the US Shift (Night Shift).

- Proactive, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
