Description:
- Utilize your existing contacts and connections to identify potential business leads.
- Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with potential clients, primarily in international markets (with a focus on the US).
- Manage all stages of the client engagement process, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality service delivery.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and actively contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, preferably within RPO services.
- Must have your own client/vendor database.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in the US Shift (Night Shift).
- Proactive, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
