Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities within the staffing and recruitment domain, with a specific focus on C2C and C2H hiring models.
- Client & Vendor Relationship Management: Build, cultivate, and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients and vendors to foster long-term partnerships.
- Solution Delivery: Thoroughly understand client staffing requirements and deliver tailored, effective recruitment solutions that align with their needs.
- End-to-End Business Development: Manage the entire business development lifecycle, from initial lead generation and qualification through to contract negotiation and successful closure.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of qualified candidates to clients.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of proven experience in Business Development specifically within the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong and in-depth understanding of Domestic, C2C, and C2H recruitment models.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales, meet targets, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients and vendors.
- Results-Oriented: A proactive and results-driven individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
