Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and onboard new clients within the Indian IT recruitment market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams, and key decision-makers.
- Drive the end-to-end business development cycle - from cold outreach, lead generation, proposal pitch, negotiation, to contract closure.
- Collaborate closely with the internal recruitment/delivery team to ensure seamless and timely talent delivery.
- Manage and grow key accounts while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate your delivery/recruitment team to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to build effective BD strategies.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
Skillset / Requirements:
- 5-15 years of experience in IT recruitment sales or business development, preferably in the domestic (India) market.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition, client relationship management, and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring processes across product, services, and consulting environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Self-driven, strategic thinker with a strong target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver top-quality talent solutions.
- MBA in HR or Marketing.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup while driving measurable outcomes.
